Public Sector Housing
DWB Consultancy Ltd provided business analysis expertise to one of Scotland’s largest public sector housing organisations. The project concerned involved analysing the business requirements surrounding a new housing allocation policy that involved the introduction of a Choice-Based Letting model using online and press resources to advertise available properties to registered applicants. Our business analyst joined the project to help clarify the requirements and ensure an agreement was reached within the business to allow technical development to get underway. Our analyst then continued to provide business and system analysis support during the development, testing and implementation of the programme.
Previous Experience
DWB Consultancy Ltd is still a very young business, but we have extensive previous experience in Business Analysis, including:
- Lead business analysis within a multi-million pound Oracle e-Business Suite CRM implementation for a Greenfield contact centre facility in the Facilities Management industry.
- Lead analysis and project management within a large-scale SAP CRM 4.0 implementation for an Outsource Customer Service organisation.
- Customer Service Analysis within Business-As-Usual Change Management team, including bespoke applications specification.
