DWB Consultancy Ltd was providing business analysis expertise to one of Scotland’s largest public sector housing associations for a large scale Choice-Based Letting implementation. As the project neared implementation the client experienced a shortage in project management resource. DWB Consultancy’s onsite business analyst was able to step up and provide additional project management assistance to the business and technical teams whilst continuing to provide full Business Analysis support. This ensured that the project continued to make progress and was able to meet the committed implementation schedule.
